What is the deposit for an event?
All private events require a nonrefundable 50% deposit at time of booking. For single day events, the remaining amount is due 30 days prior to your event. For multi-day events the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your event date.
Do you offer on-site coordination?
Yes, an on-site facility coordinator is included for all events. We require that you meet with us, on-property, at least once prior to your event.
Is there parking available on-site?
Event parking is available on-site, but it is very limited. Please encourage event guests to carpool or provide shuttle services.

House guest parking is available at eash house. Trailer and RV parking is available next to the Old Chicken House.
Do you have restrooms available on-site?
We have portable toilets outside the Old Chicken House. If you would like upgraded restrooms, we can assist in a portable restroom trailer rental.
How far is MCMF from Little Rock?
We are 45 minutes from Little Rock.
What is the best airport to fly into?
Memorial Field Airport in Hot Springs is 30 minutes from MCMF and provides commercial flights to and from Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX (DFW) and Memphis, TN (MEM).
