Brand Management Intern

Become a part of a new, one of a kind venue. Mill Creek Music Farm is a wooded resort in central Arkansas that offers a unique space for weddings, concerts, vacations, and events.


We are seeking a summer intern to help us build our brand. This person will be working with and learning from all sections of the business (weddings, live music, guest houses). From general website maintenance to creating and disseminating marketing content, our summer intern will help us grow our target market interaction and influence. Under guidance, this person will learn to navigate our SaaS programs for business and social media platforms.

The intern should be able to:

·       Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns via email, social media, or digital campaigns, advertising, direct marketing.

·       Collaborate with other internal team members to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.

·       Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.

·       Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

·       Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.

·       Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.

·       Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.

·       Establishing goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).

·       Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.

·       Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts.

·       Creating marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.

·       Performing other duties when needed.

·       Excellent analytical skills.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail and consistency.

·       Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.

·       Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.

·       Pursuing or completion of degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field.
